We would like to look at effective ways of turning customers and brands into advocates so that we are seen as a gifting brand. We are looking for new ways to encourage customers and brands to purchase Bird & Blend products not only for themselves but also as gifts for other people. We would like to be recognised as the number one specialty tea company in the UK and the tea gifting brand of choice.
