Monte Creek Winery is looking for a hospitality/tourism student who wants to gain experience in customer service, event planning and promotion, ROI and program development. This project is an opportunity to support employer with being a leader in the tasting room, event planning, research on customer satisfaction and value-added programs to existing programs.
This project will focus on:
- Customer service.
- Launching new Wine Club tier.
- Viability of different events.
Phase 8: Value Added Project for Wine Club
Conduct research on other multi—tiered wine club programs. Develop recommendations for Monte Creek Winery to further enhance their wine club program.
