Number of Students Required 1 Monte Creek Winery is looking for a marketing/communications student who wants to gain experience by helping us to creating content that is aligned with our vision, values and sector. A student with excellent writing, strong communication, skills in website management and interest in digital & traditional media would be the ideal candidate for this project This co-op position will focus on - Creating content on our Accessibility Efforts May is National Accessibility Month. Develop content on our accessibility efforts that will be populated on our website, used in our newsletter and on social media. Covering topics such as why it is important to have accessible, bathrooms, parking spots, merchandise displays.
Hospitality and Tourism Intern (Phase 8)
Number of Students Required: 1 Monte Creek Winery is looking for a hospitality/tourism student who wants to gain experience in customer service, event planning and promotion, ROI and program development. This project is an opportunity to support employer with being a leader in the tasting room, event planning, research on customer satisfaction and value-added programs to existing programs. This project will focus on: - Customer service. - Launching new Wine Club tier. - Viability of different events. Phase 8: Value Added Project for Wine Club Conduct research on other multi—tiered wine club programs. Develop recommendations for Monte Creek Winery to further enhance their wine club program.

This project is an opportunity to support employer with being a leader in the tasting room, event planning, research on customer satisfaction and value-added programs to existing programs. This project will focus on: - Customer service. - Launching new Wine Club tier. - Viability of different events. Phase 6: Event & Marketing Plan for Greenhouse Conduct research on types of events that could be hosted in the Greenhouse. Come up with 4 unique events that could be hosted in this space with one of them being a carbon natural event.

Phase 4: Tourist Group Programming Planning, recruiting, and coordination of tourist group programming. Analyze what packages will be offered for tastings to groups with new infrastructure at the winery. Maintain excellent relationships with existing tour companies and operators.
