Learner goals and capabilities

In this opportunity, Business Administration students from Lethbridge College are looking to create HR job postings for your organization.

Students from our program want to work with your company to create job descriptions for new and existing positions. Our students are equally capable of working on a specific aspect of the HR process (anything from job descriptions to pay considerations) or end-to-end postings.

Our students are trained in a variety of techniques and activities utilized in acquiring, developing and maintaining a highly effective workforce. Concretely, they have learned about all aspects of hiring, for details see the next section.

Students are able to incorporate and operate effectively in light of various environmental challenges such as government policies, demographic trends, and organizational trends.
