This semester a group of students will spend 100hours per group analysing an organizational challenge of your choice and developing a strategy to help you address your challenge. Based on information you provide, each team will deliver an action plan that incorporates your unique circumstances and outlines a path to more efficient and effective operations.

Each student group will submit a 150-70 page written report detailing the problem, recommended solutions, and action plan.

Each group will also complete a 20 minute presentation highlighting important findings and recommendations moving forward.
