To assist in the development, marketing and delivery of an online course for early childhood educators. 


The Everything ECE Latte Lounge is an online course launching in 2024 as a response to the widespread demand for community engagement, resource sharing, and connection in the ECE field in Canada. This course will be a community for Early Childhood Educators where they can access training, experience a community of moral support and collaborative sharing. Access to the course will be by a one-time access fee, providing members will lifetime access to valuable resources and a supportive network. The goal is for this course to be evergreen and self-sustaining, requiring no further external funding once established.

Deliverables
  • Research competitors in this space to understand how we can create a unique product
  • Create a project management plan for the planning and development of the Everything ECE Latte Lounge Course 
  • Create digital materials to support the launch and marketing of the course (social media posts, copywriting, website content, etc.) 
  • Assist with researching and developing content for the course
  • Work closely with the CEO of ELF to ensure that all content is designed with passion and purpose 


Mentorship
  • A direct supervisor from the ELF Admin team to support the student
  • Ongoing communication with the ELF team broadly
  • Access to all necessary information to complete projects
