About Us:

The Healthy Love Foundation is a nonprofit initiative focused on strengthening relationships through subsidized couples counselling and transformative retreats for lower-income households. Our mission is to make healthy love more accessible by supporting couples as they grow together with intention.

Project Overview:

We’ve developed a marketing strategy rooted in purpose and impact—but we’ve encountered challenges executing it consistently due to limited capacity. We're excited to partner with students who can bring fresh insight, digital fluency, and creative energy to help us elevate our online presence.

Project Goals:

We are seeking student collaborators to support the rollout of our digital marketing efforts. This project will involve:

  • Understanding our brand, mission, and target audiences.
  • Reviewing and refining existing marketing materials (e.g., social posts, email campaigns, brochures).
  • Creating and scheduling content based on our social media calendar.
  • Managing and updating our social channels to reflect timely and consistent messaging.

Bonus Opportunities:

Students with additional skills may also contribute by:

  • Recommending SEO strategies to increase our discoverability online.
  • Identifying trends or analytics insights to optimize our content performance.

Deliverables

Project Scope and Expectations:

During this project, students will create and deploy digital marketing materials that promote the Healthy Love Foundation’s mission and services. By clearly defining the scope and breaking it into achievable tasks, students will understand the depth of the project and be equipped to meet expectations within the project timeframe.

Company Overview:

At the Healthy Love Foundation, we believe that every couple—regardless of income—deserves access to tools that nurture emotional connection, communication, and growth. We support this through subsidized counselling services and educational programs/events for lower-income households. Our work is rooted in empathy, intentionality, and accessibility.

This project offers students a chance to engage with a mission-driven nonprofit, explore the intersection of digital marketing and social impact, and contribute to meaningful content that supports healthy love in underserved communities.

Project Details:

Students will collaborate with our team to implement key aspects of our digital marketing strategy. This includes:

Create Marketing Materials:

  • Develop engaging content (graphics, captions, posts, reels, articles, etc) that align with our brand tone and promote our programs, campaigns, and fundraising efforts.

Recommend Marketing Strategies:

  • Analyze our current efforts and propose enhancements to our content approach, distribution methods, and community engagement tactics.

Social Media Execution & Scheduling:

  • Deploy and schedule approved content using our existing social media calendar, ensuring timely and consistent messaging.

Channel Oversight:

  • Monitor and maintain our digital channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), recommending updates and highlighting opportunities for increased engagement.

Final Deliverables:

Students will submit the following as part of their completed project:

  1. Digital Marketing Portfolio â€“ A compiled document or folder of all marketing materials created (social posts, visuals, reels, articles, etc.).
  2. Strategy Report â€“ A brief report outlining proposed marketing and content strategies, including rationale for each recommendation.
  3. Content Deployment Log â€“ A record of published or scheduled content, with performance insights if available.

Bonus Steps (Optional):

  • Recommend and implement SEO strategies to improve discoverability of our website and materials.
  • Suggest tools or automations to streamline our content process.

Benefits for Students:
