Teams of 4-5 Business students enrolled in a 6 week summer elective course on Workplace Diversity will work together on culturally specific and socially relevant issues. Projects will involve creating social media posts, public service announcements, infographics on a particular issue (e.g., vaccine uptake, mental health services uptake, etc.). Teams will present to employer for 15 minutes and answer Q&A for 5 min.

Requirements

Students will analyze how to persuade the audience on a socially relevant and culturally specific issue using scientific evidence from research articles in organizational psychology, social psychology, Human Resources and Organizational Behavior.
